Who we are
Dr Racheal Pui Yee Yong
Racheal has worked as a general dentist in Bulleen, Bundoora, Doncaster and Essendon since 2009. Having graduated from the University of Melbourne, Racheal worked in a private practice in Bairnsdale, East Gippsland before returning to metropolitan Melbourne in 2010.
Always happy to share a laugh, Racheal is passionate about providing the best care possible for each patient’s individual needs. Racheal believes in empowering her patients through education to make an informed decision about their dental health.
Racheal is available for consult from Monday to Thursday, and one Saturday a month.
Dr Pei Lin Chong
Pei has worked as a dentist in rural Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne since 2009 after graduating from the University of Melbourne. She use to work on a casual part time capacity in a private practice in Shepparton, Doncaster and the surrounding area.
Pei is a kind, attentive person who aims to provide the patient with the comprehensive care they deserve. She listens and takes a holistic approach on how best to address the concerns of her patients. We warmly welcome Pei back to the practice after a short break and are eagerly waiting to work with her to provide our patients the best care possible.

Dr Leo Goh (visiting specialist)
After graduating from Melbourne University in 2008, Leo recognized the profound impact he could have on patients’ overall well-being beyond just oral health, which led him on a journey of specialization in dental sleep medicine.
His dedication to this field is evident through his pursuit of advanced certifications, including a Postgraduate Certificate and an Advanced Certificate in Dental Sleep Medicine. He is currently preparing for his Australasian Sleep Association Fellowship of Dental Sleep Medicine and Diplomate exams for the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.
Leo adopts a personalized approach to care. Through comprehensive evaluation and tailored treatment plans, he aims to address the unique needs of each patient, striving for optimal oral health and restful sleep.
Leo is committed to collaboration and recognizes the importance of teamwork in treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). He values partnerships with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients who may not tolerate continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy or prefer oral sleep appliances.
